The Sunset Beach Concert Series is a great way to relax, kick back and enjoy good music on the beach. This month is The Embers & Craig Woolard, Rubberband and Liquid Pleasure. This event is held every Wednesday at 7pm from May 25 – August 31 on the mainland at the gazebo at Village Park.
Also, Ocean Isle Beach has it’s own concerts held every Friday night at 6:30 pm May 27 -September 9 at the Museum of Coastal Carolina parking lot.

Events happening at Sunset Beach is the Sunset, held annually the first Saturday in October. This one-day event is held at the perfect time of the year and features a community block party with entertainment all day, crafts, vendors, food, music and more.
North Carolina Oyster Festival is held in October on the island of Ocean Isle Beach. This year it’s Saturday, October 15 for the 36th annual Festival. It runs Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Admission is just $5 for adults and children under eat for free. It’s located at 8 E. 2nd St. in Ocean Isle Beach. It offers a great variety of food, seafood, barbecue, crab and pizza with many desserts and specialty beverages. This arts and craft Festival also has numerous handmade furniture, art, leather goods, jewelry and sculptures and of course because of the oyster Festival you can enjoy oysters dozens of different ways including steamed, fried, raw or as a shooter. Music will be amazing this year brought to you by the Chamber of Commerce. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy dozens of great bands, great food and great entertainment.
