Free Summer Concerts
Each year you can enjoy live music for free right at the Sunet Beach Town Park! These popular summer concerts can be enjoyed starting May 28th and run all the way through August 27th between the hours of 6-8pm. The Sunset Beach Town Park is located at 206 Sunset Blvd. North and once there enjoy one of the many incredible bands in this year’s lineup! Don’t forget your lawn chairs, blankets and picnic essentials to make it an unforgettable summer evening!

Blue Crab Festival
The Blue Crab Festival is a favorite amongst locals and it’s easy to see why! From arts and crafts for the whole family to enjoy, to live music and of course plenty of fresh seafood, you can kick off the summer events by attending the Blue Crab Festival on May 17th-18th this year.
North Carolina Oyster Festival
Do you like oysters? If you answered yes, then this is the summer event for you! If you answered no, fear not, there is plenty to enjoy even for those who don’t enjoy oysters! Celebrating the areas rich oyster heritage, come and enjoy the celebration with live entertainment, arts and crafts, and even oyster shucking contests! This 2 day event is scheduled for October 18th and 19th, and will be a huge hit, celebrating the 44th anniversary of the North Carolina Oyster Festival!
Festival by the Sea
A family favorite, the festival by the sea boasts a fun parade for all ages to enjoy! In addition to the parade you can enjoy a weekend-long event that is home to live-music, arts and crafts, plenty of vendors to support small local businesses, and plenty of family-friendly activities. Located in nearby Holden Beach, this event is a staple for those who call the Sunset Beach area home.
